Our convenient and secure Bin Service is ideal for any organization. Our fee schedule is designed with your business needs in mind. We charge a flat rate for our monthly service so you can budget accordingly. How it works: 1. You choose the bin style/size best suited for your needs. 2. We place the bin at your location to collect your paper documents. 3. Once a month, we come and collect bins, destroying the contents in our mobile shred truck and returning the bins to there correct place within
Desk Side Bin
Desk Side Bin: 23 gallon size. 11"L x 20"W x 30"H. Designed to fit in tight spaces, such as beside a desk or under a counter. Tamper proof lid for confidential disposal of documents. Holds up to 60lbs.
32 Gallon Bin
19.5"W x 21.5"D x 38"H. The Lockjaw® internal locking system secures the lid to the container to prevent tampering and the removal of sensitive documents. Holds up to 125lbs.
64 Gallon Bin
23"W x 29"D x 42"H. The Lockjaw® internal locking system secures the lid to the container to prevent tampering and the removal of sensitive documents. Holds up to 250lbs.
PURGE SERVICE
We charge a flat per pound rate to prepare, destroy and dispose of paper records. In instances where additional labor is required for record removal, an additional labor charge may apply. A minimum charge applies.
ELECTRONIC DATA SERVICE
Stonehouse is your full service information destruction service and in addition to paper, we also provide destruction services for a full range of other information storage devices. Please contact us for a quote. A minimum charge applies. Some storage devices may need to be transported to our secure facility for destruction and will be stores in locked bins until they are removed for destruction. Unless otherwise scheduled, a pick-up fee based on location will be assessed.
