What do I have to do to prepare documents for destruction?

For our monthly bin service, nothing more than deposit paper documents into the secure bin(s) located in your office. There is no need to remove paper clips, fasteners, rubber bands, staples or other binders. For our purge service, place the paper in smaller boxes such as a banker’s boxes and set them where you want them picked up. No need to tape the boxes or remove fasteners.

How do I know that my documents and sensitive information have been completely destroyed?

Because we are NAID AAA certified, you can count on us to thoroughly and securely destroy your data and documents. We provide a Certificate of Destruction detailing the documents and how they were destroyed. With our on-site mobile shredding, your confidential records are destroyed before we leave your location. You are welcome to observe the entire destruction process.

What if I need one-time service for an office cleanout? Will you provide a bin?
